We dont have the best picture of our master bedroom but...it'll do for now. Hope you like Landon's room! He seems to like it!
Today we were able to go on a bike ride. Landon got to come too. Look what nifty contratment we have for him. It's cool huh? We rode for a good 2 hours today...all around Eagle City. We also took Landon to Potatopalooza. I guess it's this big festival thing that the people think is really fun.It's like right next to our house so we went. It was "alright" but...not the best for us...since we dont drink and party like the other people here. I guess its fun for the people who get trashed and dress in bathing suit tops. Yeah, thats not really our thing. haha But..we still had a good time. Check out the pics of our bike ride!

We have a salt water fish tank...and yesterday we watched Finding Nemo. We decided that we wanted to go and buy Dorey...but when we got there...the lady talked us into buying "Marlin and Nemo" instead. Look, you can see them, and then one our other cool fish is the fire shrimp named "jhock"...(I don't know how to spell french words) haha. But that's what we named him, and he seems to like it!

Today Landon decided that he wanted to fall off of the bed. Look at his eye. It's soo puffy. We're assuming that it might go black sometime. But we wanted think positive about it, and show everyone he's first "real" boo boo. I think he looks worse than what he is. He's been laughing all day..as you can see from the picture.

So me, Chris, and Landon just got home from taking our nightly walk. Man, we had a way good walk tonight. You know, the kind of walk where your legs start to itch. Maybe it's because Chris and I dont do much exercise. We've been walking everynight for the past week, and we're hoping to continue doing it so that we can get in shape for our soccer games. We're gonna start playing again on Mondays in Vail. I'll be honest thought, I might skip the game nights when the Steelers play Football. I can't be missin my Steelers. I mean, come'on!
Anyways, today I baked zucchini bread for the first time. It turned out way good! I also made some Peanut butter bars. What can I say, I went on a baking spree.
Today I was able to take Landon outside and play on the swings. We also went to the Doctors office, where his new pediatritian's office will be. We requested our records from Logan..and boy that was an experience. Who knew that everytime you get copies of records, it has to always come from the place he was born?! We eventually got it done though, and i'm super glad.
I missed my family a lot today. Everytime I'm with Landon all by myself, I think about how much I wish I was near them so that I can share his growing up experiences with someone...other than me! I wish I had a close friend to hang out with sometimes. Lately i've just been living on the computer when Landon is alseep. It just so happens that no one is EVER online! Agh, it's okay..I guess I'll watch tv! :)
Today Landon and I played with his buckets and stacked them up...and then knocked them over! He loved it so much. Landon has also taken both of his naps, and eaten all of his breakfast AND lunch. He's been such a good boy today. I'm glad. I hope that tonight he gets back on his sleeping schedule. I couldn't ask for a better baby!
I was shocked to see all the curls that Landon had today when I fixed his hair. Look at this!!! I wonder who he got that from ;)
So last night, Landon woke up like 9 times. Man, I was soooo tired. I noticed yesterday that he seems to be getting a little rash. I'm thinking that maybe he woke up so many times because his little bum was hurting. It didn't seem irritated when I looked at it today but...who knows. Ever since we took him hiking, he hasn't slept too well. Hmm...I dont know why!
Wish me luck that he'll start sleeping better!
On August 30th 2008, Chris and I were able to take Landon hiking for the first time. We had so much fun! No sooner than I got Landon out of the car...I banged my leg on the side of the car. It hurt so bad! However, we all know i'm a trooper so I just sucked it up and hiked away! Check out my pics!
Ohh my! I'm sooooo glad. He's finally starting to sleep through the night! I'm finally getting a break!
So, a few days, ago, Chris scheduled an interview with a job in Colorado called VAG. It seems like a great job for our family, and I really think we're going to take it if they decide to offer it to Chris. It'll be a great experience, but I really know that I will miss Emily, Chad, and Rayden. I freakin love Rayden. It's going to be hard to move, but I just have to keep reminding myself that it might not be a permanent move. Maybe it will, maybe it won't! Emily and Chad could just send their family there to live next to us! :)
Anyways, it seems like Chris really is the best candidate for this job position! The company is going to pay for a rental car, and pay for a hotel for us to stay so that Chris can go and meet the staff. The job seems like it is very professional. It's great!
So today is Friday, June 27th 2008, and Landon got his first tooth. Oh my, it is soo cute! The tooth is so small. Chris noticed it first, and then told me right after he noticed it! Man, I am so grateful for my baby boy. It's great!
